Core Vaccines for Dogs and Cats
Core vaccines for dogs include Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus (hepatitis), Canine Parvovirus and Canine Parainfluenza. Rabies is also a core vaccine for dogs and is a requirement for all dogs living in Puerto Rico.
Core vaccines for cats include Distemper, Feline Calicivirus, and Rhinotracheitis. The rabies vaccine is also a core vaccine for cats.
